Each session includes: 30 Mins : Intuitive Guidance 30 Mins: Reiki Session Chakra Clearing and Balancing, Mindfulness practice cultivating self-awareness Breathwork Exploration of deep emotions (fears, anxieties, childhood traumas, etc.) Centering and grounding through Mindfulness Guided Meditation Reiki Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing Reiki heals our energy body and helps raise our consciousness to further our spiritual understanding of who we are and our connection to the world around us. Reiki may benefit those looking for relief from chronic pains/illnesses, digestive disorders, arthritis, headaches/migraines, high blood pressure, stress and diabetes, depression, muscular pains, back pain and inflammation. Receives in person Reiki fully clothed. A series of gentle yet powerful hand placements on the body, at various points from head to toe. Tension, stress & discomfort melt away under the touch of Reiki Practitioner.
